Delivery Information IN CANADA

• We stock all of our items. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
• We offer FREE SHIPPING in Canada with no minimum order!
• Please allow up to 7 business days for standard shipping. If you can't wait that long, consider Xpresspost. Rates and delivery times can found in the table on the right.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order, as well as an email when the order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided if available.
• If you want the security of a tracking number, please choose Xpresspost.
• On occassion, items ordered at the same time are shipped separately.
• Delivery is guaranteed! If your order arrives in poor condition, or you are still waiting after three weeks, it is not your problem, it's ours and we'll take care of it!
• If you would like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know.

Shipping to USA

• We offer FREE Expedited Shipping to all locations in the United States for orders over $99CAD.
• Parcels are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. If you require faster delivery, there is Xpresspost, UPS or FEDEX. Please contact us for pricing.
• Not all orders going to the United States have a tracking number. If you require one, please choose Xpresspost. Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been shipped.
• Shipping rates do vary. In the event you have overpaid, we REFUND the difference.

International Shipping
(outside Canada and U.S.)

• We ship internationally, however shipping rates vary between countries.
• Costs for courier services vary based on your order and location. It is more expensive for smaller orders but cheaper than Canada Post for larger orders.
• Please contact us for the lowest shipping rate.
• Shipping rates do vary. In the event you have overpaid, we REFUND the difference.

Customs, Duty, Import Fees

• Shipping charges do not include customs fees to international destinations.
• Customs forms are filled out with the actual total cost of the items with an accurate description of your order whether it be fabric or sewing patterns.
• You, as the buyer, are responsible for any and all customs duties, fees or taxes on the package.

Returns and Exchanges

• Your satisfaction is extremely important. If we have made an error with your order, please let us know so we can correct it.
• If you are in any way dissatisfied with the fabrics you received from Flare Fabrics, you may return them for a FULL REFUND. 
• Just send them back within 30 days of purchase  — as long as they are returned in a saleable condition. That means all products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
• Unless the fault is ours, you are responsible for cost of returning the  order. Please ensure it is adequately packaged so the products are not damaged during transit.
• Please contact us to let us know the reason for your return. If we have made an error in your order we will correct it. Just let us know.
