We have a one-of-a-kind fabric for this week’s #FlareFabricsTGIF giveaway this week.
American artist Stephanie Brandenburg created a gorgeous, vibrant collection of fabric from her watercolours called Daydreams III with Camelot Cottons. And we’re giving away 1 metre of “Pollen Ikat Watercolour” from that collection. Doesn’t it look like the beginning of the chevron craze that you see everyone now?
For a chance to win post a comment here and tell us if painting or drawing is one of your talents or hobbies. I’m more of a “crafty-girl” myself; haven’t had much luck with an easel.
And if you want a second chance to win, head on over to our Facebook page and like us/comment there. We’ll combine all the entries from Facebook, Pinterest and here on our blog. The winner will be announced Monday morning. Have a great weekend everyone.
UPDATE: – Carole Miller is the lucky winner of this week’s #FlareFabricsTGIF giveaway. Please email us at info[at]flarefabrics.ca with your address so we can send you your prize. Thanks to everyone who participated. And stay tuned for another chance next week.

I studied technical drawing in my younger days (before they started using computers to do the work). I have never really done a lot of drawing for my own entertainment, though the skills I learned in technical drawing are useful in drafting my own patterns.
I used to draw but I’m out of practice. I definitely was never able to paint. thanks for the chance!
I can’t paint or draw, just don’t have the knack. I do love to quilt but I need inspiration to combine colours. Aren’t the colours on this fabric fabulous?
Amazing fabric. I cannot paint nor draw but love to free motion quilt.
This fabric looks very interesting! I don’t draw or paint but I do Zentangle! Google it if you haven’t heard of it. I find the Zentangle method of repeated patterning relaxing and rewarding.
Oh…that is awesome fabric. I used to draw & paint but now I usually make quilts. But I think my drawing abilities have helped me with FMQuilting. Haven’t made any art quilts though. That’s what I need to start…someday…LOL
